Mounties disrupted operations at a drug house on Quince Street Tuesday morning after the public made them aware of it.

Prince George RCMP spokesman Cpl. Craig Douglass said the city's general duty members obtained a search warrant for the residence in the 2100 block of Quince Street "after receiving numerous complaints and tips from the public regarding the residence."

The search produced cocaine, marijuana and an amount of cash. Investigators are recommending Controlled Drugs and Substances Act charges against one male who was located in the house.

Mounties gave thanks to the public for providing the tips, and urged anyone with information on other suspicious locations to call in. Police investigators are available at 250-561-3300 and anonymous tips can go to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS / www.pgcrimestoppers.bc.ca.
