Three young adults facing drug trafficking charges in Alberta's provincial capital have also faced similar charges in Prince George.
The ALERT Edmonton's organized crime and gang team made the arrests of three people on Aug. 20 with help from the Edmonton Police Service.

A release says a house was searched in the neighbourhood of Garneau as well as a storage facility in the Lewis Farms Industrial area.
Police say items seized included:
- 4.8 kilograms of cocaine
- $16,380 cash
- Two prohibited handgun magazines
- Two BMW cars
The investigation was started in July 2019 after drug trafficking concerns were raised.
The three all have ties to B.C.
- Matthew Bailey (28 years old) from Kelowna
- Morgan De La Ronde (22 years old) from Kelowna
- Devon Burtch (26 years old) from Kamloops
The three were all jointly charged with possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking, possession of proceeds of crime, and possession of a prohibited device.
Nearly five kilograms of cocaine, $16,380 cash and two BMW vehicles have been seized as the result of an ALERT drug trafficking investigation in Edmonton.
