Three Prince George residents arrested after Oak Street home invasion robbery

Three people have been arrested following a home invasion robbery on Oak Street.

At about 5 a.m. yesterday morning (June 4), the Prince George RCMP received a report of a home invasion robbery involving a firearm at the 2600-block, Oak Street.

Two men and one woman produced weapons and forced their way into the residence.

Police say they demanded money, grabbed various household items, and left the scene in a vehicle.

Many frontline officers attended the scene immediately and within minutes, the vehicle was found and the suspects were arrested.

All three have been remanded in custody and will appear in court later today (June 5).

No injuries were reported by the two adult occupants of the residence.

The three suspects are all from Prince George, identified as a 24-year-old woman named Kari Baxter, a 20-year-old man named Thomas Toman, and a 28-year-old man named Sakanisin Charlie-Tom.

They have all been charged with break, enter and robbery and obstruction of a peace officer.

Charlie-Tom has also been charged with pointing a firearm.
