Threats send man to jail

From Prince George provincial court November 3 Charles Christopher Chingee was sentenced to 45 days in jail and one year probation for uttering threats to burn, destroy or damage and to 25 days in jail and one year probation for breach of probation.

Charles Christopher Chingee was sentenced to 45 days in jail and one year probation for uttering threats to burn, destroy or damage and to 25 days in jail and one year probation for breach of probation.

Joseph Elliott Ryan was sentenced to 29 days in jail and one year probation for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer and breach of an undertaking and to 14 days in jail for another count of breach of an undertaking.

Kevin Roy Zaporoski was sentenced to 45 days in jail for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.

November 2

Adrian Bruce Gunanoot was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for assault and mischief $5,000 or under and was issued a three-year firearms prohibition and fined $1,500 for willfully obstructing a peace officer.

Christian Clifford Mercier was sentenced to six months probation with a conditional discharge for assault, committed in Vancouver.

Mary Roseable Scott was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of an undertaking.

Lorraine Lesley Stark was fined $863 for driving without due care and attention under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Patrick Dean Wallace was sentenced to six months probation and ordered to pay a $150 victim surcharge for assault.
