After eight weeks of renovation, the BG Urban Grill is now ready to serve the public at the Prince George International Airport.
BG Urban Grill, YXS Manager, Christina Antrobus says "training is an ongoing process, so we ask customers be patient as we get familiar with all the new equipment."
Prince George Airport Authority president and CEO, John Gibson says "it is great to see so much life in the space; the design concept and new service offerings are a welcome addition to YXS. Congratulations to Eurest and the BG Urban Grill Team, especially Antrobus, for all their work in making this vibrant space into reality" says Gibson.
A number of Eurest and BG employees came to P.G. from Vancouver to train the local staff and to set up the restaurant/lounge space including BG Marketing and operations manager Aamir Bharmal and Susan Cox with Eurest.
Several new faces along with many long-term employees are behind the counter ready to serve the public a tasty treat.
A few major changes include a full size espresso machine, comfortable couches to sit on as well as a retail section. Sundries, magazines, toothbrushes and YXS promotional items, among many other items, can now be purchased onsite.
