Lace up your sneakers and join the crowd for the 30th annual Terry Fox Run Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
"We're encouraging all attendees to wear their Terry Fox T-shirts from the past 30 years to celebrate this event, says Liza Arnold, co-chair.
"We'll also be selling 30th anniversary T-shirts and commemorative shoelaces."
The start & finish line is at the Terry Fox statue at Seventh Avenue and Dominion Street.
Walk, run, ride, or blade with friends, family and pets on the five-km loop through beautiful Millar Addition.
Special events this year include a barbecue from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., cake cutting, and
a raffle draw for 30th anniversary quilt and $30 gift certificates at 12 noon.
