Update: Tara Ann-Mari Schwab, missing from McBride found safe and sound

Update: Found safe and sound. Tara Ann-Mari Schwab, a Prince George resident, was last seen at the McBride Petro Can station on Monday, April 15 at about 5 a.m. RCMP are asking for help in locating Schwab who may be in medical distress.

Update: Tara Ann-Mari Schwab, a Prince George resident, who was last seen in McBride has been found safe and sound, police confirm.

Tara Ann-Mari Schwab, a Prince George resident, was last seen at the McBride Petro Can station on Monday, April 15 at about 5 a.m. and RCMP are asking for help in locating her.

Family and police are concerned for her well being and feel she may be in medical distress.

Police found her abandoned car in McBride at about 7:30 Monday morning however Schwab has not been located.

Tara Ann-Mari Schwab is described as:

•             Caucasian female

•             30 years old

•             5’0” (152 cm)

•             100 lbs (45 kgs)

•             Shoulder length brown hair

•             Tattoo of butterflies and flowers on her leg, bird on her foot, small footprints and a date on her left wrist and ‘love is blind’ on her ribs.

•             Last seen wearing a dark hoody with either black Ugg boots or blue shoes. She was carrying a Petro Canada reusable bag and a shoulder bag. 

Tara Ann-Mari Schwab lives in Prince George but has been in McBride the past three days. It is possible that she may be trying to hitchhike to Kamloops.
