A two-vehicle collision caused a noon-hour back up of traffic at the corner of Victoria and 20th.
Prince George RCMP spokesman Gary Godwin said the accident occurred shortly after noon when a 66-year-old woman in an van heading east on 20th Avenue ran a red light and T-boned a northbound truck driven by a 37-year-old man.
Both were taken to hospital with minor injuries and it took about 25 minutes to clear the intersection, Godwin said.
"We had a member there directing traffic so it was just slower than usual," he said.
Charges are pending against the woman under the Motor Vehicle Act.
