A Tumbler Ridge mother's bid to obtain sole custody of her daughter for fear her husband would leave Canada for his Middle Eastern homeland with the child and refused to return has been rejected by a B.C. Supreme Court Justice.
In a reasons for judgement issued Thursday, Justice Mirian Gropper found Erin Elizabeth Mueller failed to satisfy, on a balance of probabilities, that Ziad "Zack" Hussin is a flight risk and leave the country for Syria with the two-year-old girl.
