Police have made an arrest after issuing photos and video of a man who allegedly shot out more than $8,000 worth of glass at CN Centre this summer.
The 43-year-old suspect, whose name was not released, was apprehended this week and released on a promise to appear in court on Dec. 18. Police are recommending a charge of mischief over $5,000 to provincial Crown counsel.
The images show a man firing a pellet gun at the arena's windows while riding by on a bike.
The incidents occurred four times in July - on the 17th, 23rd, 24th and 25th - all before 6 a.m. and, in one instance, before 5 a.m.
