The first incident on Monday was the 7:30 p.m. robbery of Shooters Liquor Store located in the 1600 block of Victoria Street.

"The suspect claimed to have a firearm, but none was seen by the clerk," said Prince George RCMP spokesman Cpl. Craig Douglass. "The suspect escaped with a small amount of cigarettes."

The next incident was 10 p.m. at the First Litre Cold Beer and Wine Store located in the 1700 block of Strathcona Avenue. Cigarettes was again the target commodity, and also a small amount of liquor.
