Sunday turned into the stuff of dreams for kids in awe of superheros.
Iron Man made an appearance at YMCA Healthy Kids Day this weekend as dozens circled the armour-costumed crusader.
The free family event took place at Canada Games Plaza and featured face painting, crafts, bannock, and more.
The national day is about more than a few hours of free fun, the organization said.
"It's a movement to inspire and involve kids and parents throughout Canada in fun, easy ways to develop a healthy, active lifestyle," said its website event page.
