Struggle between City and Columbus continues

Both sides are remaining tight lipped about what what happens next in the wake of a court ruling that found the owner of the Columbus Hotel, and not City Hall, responsible for the $175,000 clean up cost from a 2008 fire that destroyed the building.

City of Prince George spokesman Mike Davis limited his comments to saying the City has just received the judgment "and will be considering all of its options to collect under the judgment, including court costs to which the city is entitled under the judgment," when asked about next steps.
