A structure fire in the 1100 block of Cluculz Avenue was reported at about 2:25 a.m. Friday.
Three halls sent Prince George Fire Rescue crews to the scene.
First ones there found a small fire to the exterior of the structure had already been extinguished before fire fighters got there.
Damage is estimated at $5,000.
Nobody was injured.
The fire is under investigation by the RCMP.
