Those who have survived a stroke are invited to visit the Prince George branch of the Stroke Recovery Association of B.C. which offers a host of recovery and reintegration programs.
They include physical and mental exercises and games, computerized speech maintenance, wellness presentations, support, outings and crafts.
The branch uses seniors fitness equipment at Masich Place, is growing a herb garden at Elder
