A Prince George man has been sentenced to two years in jail for his involvement in a series of vehicle thefts.
Kyle Tony Baraniuk, 24, must also serve two years probation once he is out of custody.
He was issued the term Thursday in Prince George provincial court for four counts of possession of stolen property over $5,000 and one count of possession of stolen property under $5,000.
Michael Ryan Burwell, 33, also of Prince George, was sentenced in June to 16 months in jail and three years probation for seven counts of possession of stolen property over $5,000.
Both were arrested in early June 2013 after police responded to reports of pickup trucks stolen locally.
