A 44-year-old Prince George man has been charged with possession of stolen property after Prince George RCMP executed a search warrant on a Stoner area home on Sunday.
Shayne Delmar Edward Pilon was arrested without incident and a canopy, tires and other stolen truck parts were located and seized from a Shortt Road home.
The warrant was part of an investigation into a truck that was stolen from a property on Queensway on March 19, RCMP said. The truck was recovered two days later on the Willow Cale Forest Service Road, but was stripped of parts.
Pilon, who has an extensive criminal record, was released on an undertaking Tuesday.
