One man is in hospital and another man in custody following an alleged stabbing early Thursday morning, Prince George RCMP said.
Police were called to the 1300 block of Diefenbaker Driver just before 1 a.m. where they found a 30-year-old man with life-threatening injuries. He was transported to hospital where he remained in serious but stable condition.
A 21-year-old suspect was located and arrested on Oak Street and arrested without incident.
"Investigators believe the two men are known to each other and the attack was not random," Prince George RCMP Cpl. Craig Douglass said. "Alcohol was involved."
