The B.C. Court of Appeal has rejected an appeal from a man who was sentenced to an indefinite jail term for stabbing his girlfriend in the neck and paralyzing her from the neck down.

The B.C. Court of Appeal has rejected an appeal from a man who was sentenced to an indefinite jail term for stabbing his girlfriend in the neck and paralyzing her from the neck down.

Trevor James Fontaine was also declared a dangerous offender when he was sentenced in August 2008 for the attack on Misty Franklin during an argument in a home near Vanderhoof in December 2003.
