Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning in anticipation of 10 to 20 centimetres falling in the Central Interior on Sunday.
"A low pressure centre crossing the British Columbia interior is forecast to spread heavy snow beginning early Sunday morning," officials said in a web posting. "Ten to 20 cm of snow is expected over portions of the central interior through Sunday."
This warning can potentially be extended to the southern interior when the low progresses further south, they added.
