Firefighters from three halls responded to a structure fire on the 2700 block of Sanderson Road at 2:43 p.m. Thursday.
The fire was located on the outside of the house. A neighbour noticed it and alerted the occupants and extinguished the fire.
First fire crews checked for extension and ensured the fire was out.
There were no injuries. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
Damage estimate is under $1,000.
