Drivers should take care while out on area highways.
The Ministry of Transportation has issued a warning of slippery conditions along most sections of Highway 16 East and West and along Highway 97 North and South and along Highway 39 through to Mackenzie in postings on its Drive B.C. website.
As of late Saturday morning, no accidents have been reported.
