Two more days of provincial court time have been booked for Coun. Brian Skakun.
The trial into whether Skakun violated privacy legislation is set to resume on March 15 and 16.
So far, the proceedings have consumed seven days during which a dozen witnesses have testified. Skakun said he expects testimony and closing arguments will be wrapped up by the end of the next session.
He is accused of leaking a report in 2008 on the conduct of Ann Bailey, who was at the time the top civilian employee at Prince George RCMP. A copy appeared on the CBC website in August 2008 for a day before it was pulled off.
The dates were set Tuesday.
