Prince George Coun. Brian Skakun will have to wait another week to know when his trial resumes.
A meeting to fix a date has been postponed for Friday Jan 14.
So far, the trial into whether Skakun violated protection of privacy legislation has consumed seven days of provincial court time during which a dozen witnesses have testified.
Skakun is accused of leaking a report in 2008 on the conduct of Ann Bailey, who was at the time the top civilian employee at Prince George RCMP. A copy appeared on the CBC website in August 2008 for a day before it was pulled off.
