Justin Francoeur held the winning ticket in this year's Prince George Spruce Kings Show Home Lottery.
Francoeur, a 27-year-old local resident, had his name drawn on Sunday at the show home, located in the Aberdeen Glen subdivision. He and his wife, Alicia, toured their new house later in the day.
Francoeur purchased his ticket -- No. 1107 -- at Canadian Tire in the first week of the lottery. His ticket was one of 8,500 in the draw barrel.
The Show Home Lottery is the junior A hockey club's largest fundraiser. This was the 30th annual draw.
