Two 27-year-old men are in custody after a report of shots fired in the area of Fox Drive off Chief Lake Road north of Prince George was answered by RCMP.
On the way to the scene officers located a suspect vehicle on Foot Hills Boulevard and a car chase ensued at about 6 a.m. this morning after police tried to pull the car over.
Once the two suspects abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot off Chief Lake Road they were apprehended.
A residence on Fox Drive appears to have damage consistent with bullets holes.
Two adults and two children under 12 years old were in the home at the time of the shooting.
No injuries were reported.
All indications are that this was a targeted incident and more details will follow as the investigation progresses.
