There were shots fired at First and Tabor this morning at about 3:16.
When police arrived there was nothing suspicious seen or heard. In the light of day police received another call advising of bullet holes located on the outside of a house in the 4200 block of First Avenue.
The officers secured the residence and called the Forensic Identification section and the police dog service to assist with the investigation.
At this point it appears it was a targeted, drug-related incident.
Although there is the likelihood this is organized crime or gang related, the use of guns are the only indicator. This investigation is continuing.
