St. Mary's elementary school gymnasium may be a good place to begin Christmas shopping during its 2010 small business fair.
The event Oct. 16 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 1088 Gillett St. will offer about 30 small businesses offering a selection of wares. The goods for sale range from jewelry, hair clips and candles to discovery toys, beauty products, books and much more as well as home businesses like Mary Kay, Watkins and Pampered Chef. Proceeds go to St. Mary's school.
