The victim of Saturday's shooting in the VLA had a criminal past and it appears he wasn't out from behind bars for very long when he was killed.
Court documents show Darren Allen Munch was sentenced on Feb. 10, 2009 to 581 days in jail which meant he would have been in jail until September 15 if he served the full term.
