This comes as conditions continue to improve this evening (June 28) for the northern capital, its surrounding areas, and most of northern B.C.
The watch lasted for more nearly eight hours today.
Saturday's (June 29) forecast still calls for a 60 per cent chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and early evening.
