The Prince George SOB's (Short of Breath) meet every Wednesday afternoon from 1 to 3 p.m. for exercise and discussion in the gymnasium at AiMHi at 950 Kerry St. The group also meets on the first Friday of each month from 10:30 a.m. to noon for presentations and discussions with various guest speakers.
