A property in Central Fort George was the scene of a fire for the second time this week.
Prince George Fire Rescue was called to 1377 Carney Street at about 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday, this time to deal with a fire that had erupted in a shed in the property's back yard.
Firefighters arrived to find the structure fully involved and with the fire extended to a neighbouring fence and shed.
The fire was quickly brought on control and prevented from spreading any further, PGFR said.
Damage was estimated at $20,000. On Monday, an early-morning fire reaped about $125,000 damage to one half of a duplex on the property.
No injuries were reported in either incident and both remain under investigation.
