Michael Andreou Michalakis, 51, has disappeared from Prince George and police believe he may have left the province.
Two provincewide warrants and a Canada-wide warrant have been issued for his arrest, when he breached his court-imposed conditions stemming from sexual assault allegations.
"Michalakis has an extensive criminal record mostly for sexually related offenses involving males under the age of 18," said Prince George RCMP spokesman Cpl. Craig Douglass. "Given his pending trial and immigration issues, he has likely fled the province."
Michalakis is described as a Mediterranean male with olive-toned skin, 6-foot-1, 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He may also go by the name Michalakis Andreou Michael.
Two vehicles are registered to him. The public is asked to be on the lookout for him and his:
- blue 1992 Chevrolet pickup with B.C. license plates DB1240; and
- blue 1993 Volkswagen Passat four-door sedan with B.C. license plates 061SKL.
