Due to a perceived threat to the school, Central Fort George Traditional School is on lockdown.
The threat was leveled by a known individual and is being followed up by police. The police were called to the school at about 12:10 p.m. Monday.
In the meantime, school staff and administration officials locked the doors under the supervision of multiple RCMP members.
