According to Environment Canada, Prince George may experience a mix of sun and cloud today (April 10).
However, westerly winds are expected to gust up to 20 km/h, dropping the temperature to -10 C with the chill.
Partly cloudy skies are in the forecast for the afternoon and evening.
Those earlier winds will continue overnight to drop the mercury to -12 C.
The daily high could reach 3 C.
