Environment Canada is once again forecasting a mix of sun and cloud for the northern capital.
Today (March 17), winds could gust up to 40 km/h, dipping to -7 C with the chill.
Evening conditions are expected to be partly cloudy before clearing around midnight thanks to those same winds.
The daily high may reach 8 C, while the low drops to 0 C.
