Today (Feb. 19), Environment Canada is predicting a mix of sun and cloud and winds gusting up to 50 km/h.
Temperatures are expected to reach as high as 1 C (yes, that's +1 C).
Evening conditions are set to be partly cloudy with those same 50 km/h winds gusting overnight.
The low may drop to -12 C with the chill.
