The good news, it's going to be a sunny day.

The bad news, it's going to be freezing cold outside!

Environment Canada is forecasting wind chills of -38 C in the morning and -33 C in the afternoon as gusts reach up to 20 km/h.

An extreme cold warning is in place for the region and is expected to stay for next few days, which could result in a risk of frostbite within minutes.

More clouds could roll over in the evening, along with light snow shortly after midnight.

The temperature may drop to -31 C, but could feel like -41 C.
