The weather appears to be experiencing Groundhog Day again, again and again in Prince George.
Much like yesterday (Feb. 3), Environment Canada is calling for cloudy skies and a 60 per cent chance of flurries today (Feb. 4).
Winds could gust up to 40 km/h, dropping the daily high from -2 C to -11 C.
Conditions will stay the same at night, though winds may die down to 15 km/h.
The low may dip to -7 C with the chill.
