Just call it Freezing Rain Friday!

Today (Dec. 18), Environment Canada is calling for a mix of snow and rain for Prince George overlapping in periods in the morning and afternoon.

Winds will gust through the city up to 50 km/h in the morning, and could pick up speed to 70 km/h in the afternoon.

Rain is set to end by dinner time and shortly after, winds will die down to 30 km/h overnight.

The high temperature for today is an expected 3 C, while the low drops to -10 C with the wind chill.
