The sun's coming, but we'll have to wait to just one day.

Environment Canada's Friday (Nov. 6) forecast in Prince George calls for mainly cloudy skies and lighter-than-expected winds.

Southwesterly gusts at 20 km/h will begin around Noon, dropping our high to feeling like -5 C with the chill.

The same conditions will come in the evening, but a dusting of snow could fall in the city at a 30 per cent chance.

Winds will die down to 15 km/h, bringing the mercury down to -7 C overnight.
