The aftermath of Monday morning's (Oct. 26) snowfall is resulting in warmer temperatures and a risk of freezing rain.

Environment Canada's forecast for Prince George today (Oct. 27) is calling for periods of rain from morning till afternoon with winds potentially gusting up to 50 km/h heading south.

Cloudy skies will take over at night once we reach a possible daily high of 7 C.

Showers my return by midnight at a 30 per cent chance and the temperature dropping -1 C.

The conditions may cause roads to be slick, so drivers are encouraged to use caution.
