Is there weather starting to ease up a bit?

Morning skies will be cloudy and windy at 15 km/h.

The wind chill will make temperatures feel like -31 C with the daily high is an expected -21 C.

More clouds could roll in for the evening, bringing in a 60 per cent chance of flurries and more 15 km/h winds.

Even though the extreme cold warning has ended, residents are being warned that frostbite can occur within minutes of stepping outside, so dress appropriately.
