Today (Nov. 16), the city will see cloudy skies all day, along with fog and periods of rain, accumulating as much as 10 mm.
Winds will also blow at a speed of 60 km/h well into the afternoon.
The rain will stop after midnight, but the clouds will stay put.
Saturday's high will get to 6 C and will rise to 8 C tomorrow morning (Nov. 17) with that continuing wind.
