The day will begin with periods of freezing rain and flurries changing to rain showers near noon and ending late in the afternoon then cloudy. Wind becoming south 20 km/h in the afternoon with a high of 4 C and wind chill -6 C in the morning.
Tonight will be cloudy with a 40 per cent of showers and wind south 20 km/h with a low of 2 C.
