Friday (July 12) is looking much brighter weather wise for Prince George compared to what's been seen this week.
Environment Canada is calling for sunny skies in the morning and afternoon, coupled with 20 km/h winds heading southwest.
Clouds will cover up around dinner time after experiencing a high of 23 C.
There'll be a 40 per cent chance of showers later on and a risk of a thunderstorm overnight.
Temperatures will drop as low as 12 C.
Environment Canada's severe thunderstorm watch is still in effect dating back to yesterday (July 11) at 3 p.m.
