Looks like the last day of the month (May 31) will bring in more sunny skies and hot temperatures according to Environment Canada.
The daily high will reach 27 C with some sun and cloud throughout the morning and afternoon, making the skies a little bit hazy.
Keep that sunscreen handy too, because the UV index is still high for B.C.'s northern capital.
By bedtime, the skies will be partly cloudy and the temperature will dip to a cool 9 C.
