The wind chill will feel like - 24 C during the afternoon.
Tonight, clouds will increase and there will be a 60 per cent chance of flurries overnight with winds staying at 20 km/h.
The low is - 17 C with a windchill of - 28 C in the evening and - 21 C during the overnight hours and risk of frostbite overnight.
