To ensure no child is deprived of a summer camp experience, Ness Lake Bible Camp is holding Cans for Kids.
On Saturday, June 5 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., take your aluminum cans to the Nechako Bottle Depot on 1st Avenue. The main garage will be open and volunteers will set up a separate drop-off area. Experience no line ups and have your containers unloaded for you.
Last year's Cans For Kids raised over $3,000.
Ness Lake Bible Camp has 1,800 campers ranging in ages from six to 18, between July and August. They also offer a family camp in the middle of summer. Camp activities include mountain biking, wakeboarding, archery, crafts, paintball, high ropes, a climbing wall, and more.
