Prince George RCMP are investigating what they say was a targeted and drug-related incident of gunplay near the corner of Sixth Avenue and Alward Street early Monday morning.
Called to the scene at about 2:30 a.m., RCMP found evidence of shots fired in a nearby alley and later the same morning came across a vehicle near the site with what appeared to be bullet holes.
The vehicle's driver is not cooperating, RCMP said, but police have allocated personnel to the investigation with the aim of identifying suspects.
